Terms of service
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms govern the use of the MoveBlend online store (moveblend.com) and the purchases you make there. By buying, you accept them. Each order is covered by the version in force at the time you place it.
Who we are
MoveBlend is an online store based in Cairns, Queensland (Australia). ABN 46 588 319 491. You can contact us at info@moveblend.com.
The store runs on Shopify, but you buy directly from us: Shopify isn't a party to the contract.
Where we sell
We sell and ship our products within Australia only.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or over, give us accurate details and keep your account secure, if you create one. We sell for personal use, not for resale.
Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can, although colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping within Australia is free; any other cost is shown before you pay.
If there's an obvious pricing error, we'll let you know before we ship your order, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
How to place an order
Add products to your cart, enter your delivery details and payment method, and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct all your details before paying. We'll then email you an order confirmation, which is your proof of purchase; we keep an electronic copy that you can ask us for.
If a product sells out or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund everything you paid.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You're charged when you confirm your order, through a secure payment gateway. We don't store your card details.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping policy. Some products are shipped directly by our supplier from their warehouse. Your order travels at our risk until it's received by you or the person you nominate.
Returns and guarantees
You can return your purchase for a change of mind within 14 days, as explained in our Refund policy.
Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We are the seller and we're responsible to you even if the product is shipped directly by our supplier.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of the store belong to MoveBlend or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our permission. Shopify trade marks belong to Shopify.
Using the store
You must not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses, scrape data in bulk or access it with robots or automated agents that don't identify themselves as such. Any reviews you post must be honest and respectful; we may remove unlawful or offensive ones. If you breach these terms, we may block your access.
Liability
We're responsible for our obligations under the law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damage caused by misuse of the store or the products, delays caused by events outside our control, or the content of linked third-party websites or tools. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We handle your information as explained in our Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes only apply to orders placed after they're published.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. If you have a problem, email us at info@moveblend.com and we'll try to sort it out as quickly as possible. If we can't reach an agreement, you can contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory (in Queensland, the Office of Fair Trading, www.qld.gov.au/law/fair-trading) or the relevant civil tribunal.
