Shipping policy

This policy explains how we ship MoveBlend orders (moveblend.com). It doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide, including Tasmania. We don't currently ship outside Australia.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times

We pack your order within 24–48 hours. It then usually arrives within 6 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of your order being confirmed; most orders arrive in about 12 days. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take a little longer. During busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery may take a few extra days; if so, we'll let you know on the store.

Where we ship from

We work with suppliers who ship products directly from their warehouses, in Australia or overseas. Prices include any applicable taxes: you won't have to pay any taxes, duties or customs charges when your parcel arrives.

If you buy more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number. It can take 24–72 hours for the first tracking updates to appear.

Delays and problems

If your order takes longer than the maximum delivery time, email us at info@moveblend.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. If it still doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, you can cancel your order and we'll refund everything you paid. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we'll send you another one or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before paying. If you make a mistake, email us as soon as possible: if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it. If the parcel is returned because the address was wrong or it couldn't be delivered after several attempts, we'll offer to send it again, with you paying for the new delivery, or refund your order minus what the shipping cost us.
